1 ) Mixing tank

A. total capacity: 1000L, effective volume: 600L

B. shape: horizontal cylindrical, double-layer structure, can be cooled by water

C. inside barrel: made by SUS304, δ = 6mm, inner surface 200# polishing treatment

D. barrel support rib: made by Q235-A, δ = 16mm

E. barrel end face flange: made by Q235-A, δ = 16mm, 6mm stainless steel inwall, 200 # polished treatment

F. outer barrel body: made by Q235, δ = 5mm

2 ) Stirring paddle

A. material: made by SUS304, δ = 10mm, 4 groups (8 pcs), 200 # polishing treatment

B. rotation speed of stirring wing: 128r/min

C. structure of stirring wing: made up of four groups of positive and negative blades.
